We do our absolute best at Snack Squad to ensure every customer loves every order they receive. However, if our products or services do fall short of your expectations, we do offer a returns policy on most items.

Returns Accepted Within 30 Days on all unopened products. (Excluding Mystery Boxes)

Important Info

You will be sent full tracking for all orders you make. This also includes a notification email from the courier when your parcel is out for delivery.

Being at home on the delivery day or specifying a safe place/neighbour to accept your parcel is solely the responsibility of the customer.

It is your responsibility as the recipient of the parcel to specify a neighbour and/or safe place if you are not going to be home. If this is not done, couriers may either place it somewhere they see safe or reattempt delivery another day.

Snack Squad cannot and will not accept liability for parcels that have been confirmed delivered with proof from the courier.
