The size of the box does not refer to the size of box/packaging your items come in, but the overall value. In the interest of the environment, where possible, we will use as little packaging as can whilst still ensuring 100% safe transportation of your goodies. We cannot issue any refunds or replacements if the contents of your mystery box is not to your liking.
